Tedeschi Trucks Band is a seriously amazing blues and rock group from Florida that came together in 2010 after touring separately. When they merged, it was like magic—these guys have such a crazy good chemistry, it feels like they’ve been playing together for well over 20 years!
The band is led by the dynamic married couple, Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks. Before they teamed up, they were already on the road together in 2007 as the Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi Soul Stew Revival. Their very first show as Tedeschi Trucks Band was at the Savannah Music Festival on April 1st, 2010 and from there, things took off and it was only up from there!
Their debut album “Revelator” dropped in 2011 and it became an instant hit, even snagging them a Grammy for Best Blues Album in 2012 how amazing is that! Since then, they’ve dropped five studio albums and three live albums. Their second album, “Everybody’s Talkin’”, hit the charts hard in 2012, peaking at number three on the UK Jazz and Blues albums.
The Tedeschi Trucks band has had a wild ride since then—nominated for Blues Music Awards in 2013, releasing “Made Up My Mind”, and paying tribute to Joe Cocker at the 2015 Lockn' Festival. In 2016, they released “Let Me Get By”, which debuted at number fifteen on the Billboard Top 200!
Fast forward to 2022, and they blew everyone away with their quadruple album “I Am the Moon”, with 24 original songs dropping throughout the year in four separate categories. . Now, they’re back at it and ready to put on a show you won’t be forgetting for a long while.
